I highly recommend contacting James for your real estate needs!! Friends of my wife recommended James to us in early 2021 after moving to ON from Vancouver, BC. James provided us with the best service (5 stars!!) while searching for a house to buy in Oakville in March 2021. The market was red hot at the time (as it seems to be the case now again!), but James was incredibly efficient, punctual, empathetic, and very knowledgeable of his business and the region that he made our search for a house relatively painless and much simpler than what we first expected it to be. We were so lucky to have James as our realtor that within weeks from meeting him, we were purchasing our new house!! Yes, that quick! As part of the process, James and I visited several houses in the Oakville-Burlington region. My husband and I first met James when I was 4 months pregnant and decided to move out of downtown Toronto and into a rental home in Oakville. James took us to see 3 homes, and at each one, tried to learn a little more about us.
